Respiratory System Shaking Therapy:


This can be done lying on the bed in a 140 to 145 degree in an inclined sleeping position or sitting on a chair (or stool)  in an inclined position convenient to hold your chest with your palms.

 This procedure requires you to remove your vest. You can put on a blanket to make yourself comfortable and to beat the chill. 

1. Hold your chest with the palms of both hands.

2. Start moving both hands up and down slowly, thereby shaking the chest as well for about 5 to 10 minutes in the morning and evening for about 3 to 5 days. You can increase the speed of shaking your chest to moderately high. Doing it slowly and steadily is important rather than overdoing and vigorously

3. After 3 days increase the timing 10 to 15 minutes, Do the shaking of the chest in the morning and evening for another 5 days. If you are not comfortable doing it two times, then you can it for only one time.

4. This way keep increasing the timing till you reach 30 minutes. So 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the evening. 

4. 30 minutes is the minimum timing that you need to do for the rest of your life. You can increase the timing according to your convenience.

If you are doing only one time then do it for about 45 minutes to stay safe.

5. This is a lifelong process to keep your lungs, heart, chest in good health. 

The advantage of this Chest Shaking Therapy is that it strengthens the chest area by strengthening muscles and building muscle tissues of all the organs in the chest and activates them. It generates excessive heat that dissolves the extra fat contained in them. The extra or excessive heat that is generated results in destroying the virus of any disease.
